GDPR Statement

It has always been a policy of Wellwood Hoyle Associates Limited to collect as little personal data as possible in order to provide accountancy services to our customers.

As an accountancy practice, authorised and regulated by The Association of Certified Accountants, we have always complied with professional standards and ethics which include the fundamental importance of maintaining confidentiality and respect of client data.

Furthermore, we have never shared personal data with any third party, except as required by law or otherwise under the terms of our letters of engagement and terms of business agreed with all clients.

We have never used personal data to send unsolicited or marketing emails.

In readiness for the the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which comes into force on 25 May 2018, Wellwood Hoyle Associates Limited have conducted a thorough review of our data collection and retention policies and believe that we are compliant with the new regulations.

We have drafted a data processor agreement for any clients for whom we act as data processor, i.e. as a payroll bureau which we are happy to enter into to help such clients comply with their obligations under the GDPR or such clients can send us a draft of their own data processor agreement for us to sign.
